To act as stewards of Los
Jilgueros Preserve by:

Promoting respectful and
cooperative use of the preserve

Maintaining a clean, natural
environment

Promoting community service
involvement in caring for the preserve

Promoting respect for and
understanding of the flora and fauna which inhabit the preserve

To increase the Fallbrook Land
Conservancy membership base by encouraging users of Los Jilgueros
Preserve to participate in annual membership contribution to the FLC
The Friends of Los jilgueros are
dedicated to providing a quality environment for hikers, joggers,
bicycle riders and dog walkers. We are constantly improving Los
Jilgueros Preserve and we support the ongoing efforts of the Fallbrook
Land Conservancy as one of their Committees. Our goals in 2004 are
to continue our efforts to enhance the accessibility and public
enjoyment of open spaces and trails in our community through the hard
work of our members.
