RELEASE, WAIVER and INDEMNITY: In consideration of being permitted to enter the 5K Run/Walk Trail Race, I hereby, for myself and my heirs, representatives, and next of kin, release,waive, discharge and convent not to sue the Fallbrook Land Conservancy, Rotary Club of Fallbrook, Fallbrook Village Rotary Club, Bonsall Rotary Club, all sponsors and their associates, and their directors, officers, employees, and agents (all collectively referred to as "releasees") from any and all claims, damages, losses and liability on account of any injury to my person or property, or resulting in my death, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise, and I hereby covenant to hold releasees harmless and indemnity releasees from any claim, judgement or expense releasees may incur out of the results from my participation in the event.
I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event, am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this event, and VOLUNTARILY ACCCEPT ALL RISKS connected with my participation in this event.
